As we use European recipes, which are less sweet and lighter, both classic and vegan cakes are made "torte": thinner layers of sponge, with light and not overly sweet frosting. The default option is a 4in tall cake with 4 layers of sponge cake and 3 layers of filling.
Sizes shown here are suggestions; for example, if a taller and smaller diameter cake is desired, it can be done. Above are approximate sizing guides and prices which are subject to change. Since we create custom cakes, we can manipulate the size and configuration of multi-tiered cakes to best suit your design and serving needs. Depending on the theme and complexity of your design, a design cost may be added on top of the price. Price quote is given for one flavor per cake; in a multi-tiered cake, if two or more flavors are chosen, an additional $45 is added for each flavor. Tiered celebration/ wedding cakes which are more than 80 servings start at $6 per serving. Exact price quote will be given only after knowing the design and size of the cake.
